Introduction

This page displays our Terms of Service, which is the legally binding agreement between Keicardsandko and its customers. The following explains our conditions of sale and the procedures to follow in the event that something goes wrong.

Rules and Restrictions

Keicardsandko reserves the right to forbid the following actions: abusive behaviour, illegal activity, malicious actions e.g hacking, theft, and copyright infringement. It is in our sole discretion to immediately terminate access to this site should we feel that the above agreement is breached.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Agreements will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles.

Changing the Agreement

Keicardsandko reserves the right to occasionally make necessary changes to this Agreement in our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of material changes by sending emails to our registered email addresses.

Limitation of Liability

AS ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KEICARDSANDKO BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR DATA) THAT ARISE THROUGH THE USE OF THIS SITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS FULLY UP TO YOUR DISCRETION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL KEICARDSANDKO’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE QUALIFYING PURCHASE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE DISPUTE. KEICARDSANDKO IS NOT LIABLE IF UNABLE TO PERFORM THEIR OBLIGATIONS DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS SUCH AS STRIKES AND LABOUR DISPUTES, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, AND SHIPPING/DELIVERY DELAYS.

THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS IS PROHIBITED BY LAW IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE TO YOU.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. We ship the merchandise as stated by you in the order process. Any applicable shipping costs are listed in the product description, as well as on the invoice.

  2. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, orders will be released by us and dropped off at the post office within 1-2 business days. Although delivery times are displayed, these are only estimates and extended delivery times may apply once handed off to our shipping company. To clarify, longer processing and delivery times are possible.

  3. All orders are shipped from Canada. Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or costs that may be applied to your order (e.g. VAT, taxes, handling fees, customs, duties, and tariffs). We do not collect these amounts beforehand, nor could we provide an estimate on any applicable costs, as these greatly vary across the world. Please do your own research.

Returns and Refunds

We have a final sale policy, but we understand that circumstances can be situational, so we reserve the right to handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If your product has any defects or damages, please email us within 14 days of receiving your product (with photographic proof). Cancellations and/or order edits can only be made before orders are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations and edits will not be accepted. Should you need to cancel or edit your order, please email us with your order number and details.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

We do not guarantee that the use of our site will be done in a manner that is uninterrupted, secure, timely, or free from errors. You agree that your use of our site is fully at your own risk.
