All of our products are make-to-stock (MTS) to ensure a faster order fulfillment process. We generally ship within 1-2 business days.
How often you ship:
Orders can be dropped off at the post office any day of the week, but depending on the time and day, orders may not leave the post office until the next business day.

According to the Canada Post website, “business days and observed holidays may vary for U.S. and International destinations. Depending on availability in the U.S. or select destinations, items may be delivered on a Saturday. Saturday doesn’t count as a business day for delivery standards.”
** Please note ** these expected delivery standards were pulled from the Canada Post website, but they are not guaranteed delivery time frames. Standards vary depending on distance and can be affected by uncontrollable factors such as, but not limited to, the weather, holidays and seasonal volume.

Exceptions:
We do not ship to US Territories or APO/FPO Military Addresses.
Return Policy Summary:
Basic information:
We have a final sale policy, but we understand that circumstances can be situational, so we reserve the right to handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If your product has any defects or damages, please email us within 14 days of receiving your product (with photographic proof). Cancellations and/or order edits can only be made before orders are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations and edits will not be accepted. Should you need to cancel or edit your order, please email us with your order number and details.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
