RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products and our business, all sales are final (no refunds, returns, or exchanges), but the following exceptions may apply:

  • Legally required to accept certain returns

  • Keicardsandko takes pride in its products and quality control, but if there are any defects or damage, please email us within 14 days of receiving your product (with photographic proof)

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations and edits made before orders are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations and edits will not be accepted

    • To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number and details

    • If you need to edit your order, please email us with your order number and details

The Fine Print:

  • Applicable refunds will be applied to the original form of card payment, or in accordance with applicable local laws

    • Return shipping costs will not be covered by Keicardsandko

    • You will receive an email notifying you of the refund and it will be sent back to your bank or gift card (see below). The refund will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days.

    • If a gift card and a credit card are used to complete your purchase, the gift card is refunded first. If a partial refund is issued and the amount is less than the gift card’s balance at the time of the purchase, the refund will only appear on the gift card

  • We reserve the right to modify our policy as needed. Please review regularly for updates

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Keicardsandko’s discretion. Regardless of the situation, we will do everything in our power to provide the best experience for our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy may result in the rejection of future orders or returns.
